Fried Idli or Masala Idli
An easy tea time snack from leftover idli

Ingredients

Leftover Idli

Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
½
tsp
Salt
or as per taste
Oil
to fry
Instructions
Cut each idli into 4 equal parts (or into bite size pieces).
Heat oil in a pan. Add idli pieces and fry each side on medium heat until it turns golden brown in color.
Sprinkle required amount of salt and red chili powder over the fried idli and toss everything to coat well. Enjoy with tea or coffee! 😊
