Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Mixer Grinder/ Blender1

Ingredients

  • 1 large Ripe Avocado
  • 1 handful Cilantro leaves
  • Lime Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 small Green Chili (or as per spice level)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in to a grinder or blender and grind to a fine paste.
  • Mix the dressing in any of your favorite salads. Enjoy!!!
