1 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients

Heavy Whipping Cream (Chilled)
¼
cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
¾
cup
Powdered sugar

tsp
Vanilla extract
Instructions
Put mincer or whipping blade in to the mixer grinding jar.
(Refer Note: 1 & 2)
Add all the ingredients in to the jar.
(Refer Note: 3 & 4)
Blend everything on a low pulse for 25 to 30 seconds.
Garnish with chocolate shavings, whipped cream or berries and serve chilled.

Notes
The mixer grinder I used is of 550 W.
A blender or a hand mixer can also be used.
Use the best quality cocoa powder, if possible. I used Ghirardelli’s unsweetened cocoa powder.
If using Bitter sweet chocolate, melt the chocolate before combining with other ingredients.
Use chilled heavy cream and serve immediately. Or refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
